Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. All participants must sign a waiver prior to joining the tour. A link to the waiver will be included in your confirmation email. You can forward this link to others in your party so they can complete it in advance as well.

What should I wear?

Please wear sturdy walking shoes, as you’ll be on the move for about 90 minutes over mostly flat but occasionally varied terrain. Bring water, sunscreen, hats, or rain gear depending on the weather.

Are there washrooms on the tour?

Public washrooms are available near the Bus Loop before your tour begins. There will be no washroom stops during the walk itself.

Is this a hike?

No — this is a leisurely, guided discovery walk around Whistler Village and along scenic sections of the Valley Trail network. There’s no aggressive hiking involved, just thoughtful storytelling and fun exploration.

What’s included with the tour?

Every child fare includes a custom organic cotton drawstring backpack, perfect for little explorers. All other guests will receive a Trail Quest Adventures reusable lanyard as a keepsake and access pass for future discounts.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! We offer a Group Discount for adult-only groups of 6 or more: $44 per person for the first 6 adults $42 per person for each additional adultNote: This rate is for adults only. Children and teens are not eligible for this booking type.If your group includes children, please consider booking individually or using the Family Pass.

Where do we meet our guide?

You’ll meet your guide adjacent to the Whistler Village Bus Loop, in the taxi waiting area near Apres Après Nightclub and the Visitor Centre. Look for someone wearing a bright orange backpack — that’s your guide!

What if it rains?

We operate rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. If you have any concerns about weather or accessibility, feel free to reach out before your tour.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes! Our tours are stroller-friendly, with only a few minor stairs or curbs to navigate. Most routes are smooth and accessible.

Should I prepare my young children?

Yes — please ensure small children are prepared for a full 90-minute walking excursion. While the pace is relaxed, they'll be on their feet and engaged the entire time.

Are there age restrictions on your tours?

Everyone is welcome! Infants (0–2) join for free We offer discounted pricing for children, teens, and seniors (65+) If you have questions about participating with small children or require extra support, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What is the Family Pass?

The Family Pass is designed for families with kids and includes admission for up to 5 guests for $179 total. It automatically reserves:2 Adult spots,3 Child/Teen spots (ages flexible)

You can add additional children or teens (under 18) for $20 per person. When booking, please confirm that at least one guest is under 18. If not, you'll be redirected to the Group Rate instead.




